I already decided long ago that my music should be free for all, and not locked up behind barriers of money. I know that won’t give me any monetary riches in the foreseeable future, but for me it feels more important to share what I’ve created than greedily demand something in return.

This album is of course also for sale in various stores, but that’s meant more as an option than anything else. If you’re well-off and willing to spare a few, I highly appreciate it. All proceeds will go towards my next album. But I won’t let money deter anyone from enjoying the fruits of two and half years of musical creativity!

That’s right, my profile is now live on Triple J Unearthed with three beautiful songs to listen to, review and rate (hint hint). That means I’m in the running to make it onto Unearthed Radio, and one day maybe even Triple J itself!

And if I may say so, it’s a honour to be a part of Triple J, as it is by far the best radio station in Australia. What an epic win it would be to one day have my music reviewed by Ian Dyson or Neil Ballard… !

Whilst I’m new to eMusic, the site has been around for 14 years and provides users with over 13 million tracks, cheap downloads, dedicated radio programs, reviews and much more.

How cool is that!

Exactly one week ago I released my debut album I’m not lying. I’m telling stories. And what a week it’s been since then! The response has been absolutely magnificent and way past anything I ever expected. I’ve received compliments from many different people all across the globe, which is just mind-blowing, and quite strange at the same time. I mean, it’s just me jamming a little!

This website saw a massive surge in hits over the past week, up 900,000% or something of the like, and the stats for my music aren’t bad either. I’m not lying. I’m telling stories has been downloaded 300 times in only one week. Griffin Up! is still going strong with over 200 downloads this month, not bad for a little Saab-song!

How my album is performing on iTunes, Amazon or Spotify is still unclear as the first report only becomes available in three months from now. But I’m not fussed, it’ll be enough time for the stats to get juice at least

Getting my album out there has been much faster and easier than I expected, and I’m very thankful for the guys over at Record Union for making this all happen!

It is with utmost pleasure I present to you today the release of my debut album I’m not lying. I’m telling stories! 

Two and a half years it’s taken me to reach this milestone – and I’m proud to say the result is quite spectacular.

Everything I’ve learnt and experienced during the last few years is encapsulated in this forty-six-minute ensemble of jazzy beats, rocky guitars, soulful vocals and mesmerising arrangements.
